Our Process
- Assessment: Baseline measurements, goal-setting, identifying potential obstacles, schedule and commitment levels are established.
- Program: Using information collected in the Assessment, JBF designs a customized 12-week fitness program for the client. Client has workouts scheduled (with and without JBF) and has a plan of action for the cycle. Programs are tweaked based on client’s needs.
- Reassessment: Every 12 weeks, clients are reassessed to measure the progress their making using their baseline measurements and original goals. Clients’ programs are then tweaked to advance the progress already made and new goals are set.
