The baseline measurements from this one-hour health and fitness assessment are essential for designing a goal-oriented program tailored to your individual needs and to track your progress over time.

- Private Training Session: Private training is the most effective way to train to achieve your goals. A customized health and fitness program is designed for you based on your specific goals and timeline using the data collected during your Assessment as a baseline. During this one-hour training session, the client’s form is carefully observed to ensure correct technique and prevention of injury. Assessments are done every six-weeks to ensure the client is continuing to make progress.
